Before this course, I was using tunnel vision as a means to shut my past out. By being blind to old trauma, new wounds began to appear. Now, I feel equipped to tackle that old hurt and rip the bandage off. There is no need to tip-toe around the things of God, that includes the ugly side, which involves painful memories, regrets and mistakes made but, if we do not take the time to face those things, decompartmentalize and break down the root causes, then how else can we prevent history from repeating itself.
